These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SparkQuote Pro, a quoting, invoicing and job management service for electrical contractors, operated by Firmin Anacy (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are contracting with Firmin Anacy.
SparkQuote Pro lets you describe electrical jobs by voice or text, turn them into editable itemised quotes with labour and materials, analyse uploaded electrical or floor plans, and manage customers, invoices and schedules. AI-generated output — including plan symbol counts — is a starting draft only: you must review and confirm every quote before it is sent to a customer.
You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; uploading content you have no right to use; and interfering with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning it, or scraping it.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your account credentials confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age, and if you use the service for a business you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing frequency (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Plan upgrades and downgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge or credit.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window; export any quotes, invoices and customer records you need before cancelling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
