  • Authorities, where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and security obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. UK and EEA users also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. Contact us through the details in your account to exercise any right.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data isolation between accounts.
